Our Refund Policy:
At Beauty Inkstitute, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within  days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (such as an order number, receipt, or invoice).
- No Returns on online digital courses after beginning to learn.
- No Returns on in-person trainings
- No Returns on sterile items
- No Returns on any kit
If you believe you received a damaged product DM a video to @beautyinkstitute on IG showing your damaged product along with your order number, and an associate will handle your case. If you don't have instagram, email it to us at Customerservice@BeautyInkstitute.com
If these conditions are met, we will process your refund within  business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment minus the shipping fees and 15% restocking fee.
Please note that the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Customerservice@BeautyInkstitute.com for further assistance.

We strive to provide the best customer service possible, but we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the sender.
We strongly advise our customers to make sure they provide the correct shipping address and to ensure that the address provided is a safe space where packages will not go missing or be stolen. Please note that delivery companies like USPS and UPS may have the right to store items in a P.O Box or a location near the customer's address. It is the customer's responsibility to go pick up their items. If you believe your item has been stolen or not delivered after it is marked delivered file a claim with the shipping company your box was handled with and they will try to resolve your claim.
We do not guarantee satisfaction on any opened products, and we do not issue refunds for used items. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to help you with a replacement or a refund.
Please keep in mind that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
For International orders:
For our international customers, please note that when placing an order, you are responsible for any additional customs fees or duties that may be imposed by your country's customs office. These fees are separate from the shipping charges and are beyond our control. If any customs fees arise after your package has been shipped, you will be solely responsible for covering these costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine the potential fees before placing your order. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for packages that are held or refused due to unpaid customs fees.
